As in previous years, Foam Magazine's annual fall Talent issue will present 
the work of young, talented photographers. The editorial board will choose 
the portfolios according to creative vision and the concept of the series 
presented, among other criteria. Our selection for Talent 2011 will focus on 
projects that address the question What¹s Next? 
  
Your work in Foam Magazine 
The Foam Magazine Talent Call is open to all photographers under the age of 
35, from all over the world. Last year, we received almost 1,000 entries and 
we expect even more submissions this year. The entrance fee is 30 euros, and 
the competition is fierce, but those chosen will receive an eight-page 
portfolio showcasing their series, along with an interview by an esteemed 
writer, in the fall issue of Foam Magazine #28/Talent.

What’s Next? A search into the future of photography 
In 2011, Foam is hosting a range of activities that investigate the current 
state of photography and explore visions of its future. Experts from various 
fields (artists, critics, writers, scientists, curators and media 
specialists) are asked for their personal answers to What’s Next?, compiled 
in a booklet accompanying every future issue of Foam Magazine and on the
